Good idea but...

I was really excited about this 2-in-1 water bottle but didn't pay attention to the diameter of it. I'm a 5' 7" female and don't have huge hands and this water bottle is not comfortable / easy to hold - it's too fat for me to hold with one hand. And because the exterior is not grippy, I don't feel secure holding the 16oz cup with one hand when I have hot coffee in it. Also, the Roll and Fold Lid is NOT very tight and pops off every time I pick the cup up out of my car cup holder -- maybe because my hand is little and doesn't reach down far enough past the lid...? Anyway, overall the cup is pretty sketchy for me when I have hot coffee in it so I have to be extra careful. I do like that I don't have to carry two separate cups when I'm out and about but not being able to hold the coffee cup with one hand and constantly being on the verge of spilling hot coffee on myself makes it not worth the price for me. I'd rather have saved the money and put up with carrying a leak-proof coffee travel mug in addition to my water bottle.

Needs better top

A mostly good design. Two cons: 1) the top is not appropriate for drinking in the car (too easy to splash liquid on yourself), 2) the profile of the top is too high and gets in the way when trying to store in vehicle side door cupholders (this is the norm in drink bottles, ugh).

Interesting Design, Good for Field Work

I've had about a month to play around with this mug, and I've found it well suited to my application. I fill the reservoir with coffee at the office, and when I get to the field I fill the cup part with the coffee and refill the reservoir with water. I only drink coffee in the morning and water all day, so it's nice not to have to carry around two cups all day. It reminds me of a cooler version of the old Stanley thermoses with the cup on top. My only issues are the lid is not quite firm enough to really enjoy drinking out of (although it stops splashes fine) and I wish the reservoir were a bit bigger or wider, it seems like there's extra room in between the cup and reservoir.
