Quality costs more, keep looking

Hard to read the extremely fine print for instructions. Volume is too weak to hear clearly and understand what is being said, increase volume makes even more distorted. Not comfortable to wear, earpiece is just awkward to wear. The PTT is not labeled correctly, push to talk means to hold the button down, (Push To Talk) and hold it down. The tiny button closer to the ear is the key that does that. The labeled PTT, you press to lock the mic open and then press again to stop talking. You press it once to talk, press again to stop. "Push-to-talk (PTT) is a communication method where a user presses a button to transmit their voice, releasing it to listen, allowing only one person to speak at a time."
