Klutch 6-Pc. Pipe Threader Set

I don't know why this has so many bad reviews. Maybe they didn't use cutting oil or just went too fast with it or didn't use it properly? Anyways it saved me from having to call a pro to fix the corroded end of a pipe that had the threads broken off due to rust. The other end was welded into a tank. You don't use this like a normal tap&die - no backing off after a 1/4 turn, appears it is self cleaning. In fact when I did a practice cut on an old pipe and did the backing off thing it jammed up on the shavings and crud. So just make your cut and use an old toothbrush and/or compressed air to clean out the junk before you reverse it off.
