Great Product 5/5

This product has helped me so much. I have been on my most recent weight lose journey since Sep 10 of this year. So far I've lost 20lbs. I'm 6'3 235lbs, I go to the gym 4/5 times per week I drink whey protein during my workout. I have recommended this product to many people and others like me are also having great success.

They work, but you have to put in the work.

No nonsense, these work, but you're not going to lose weight taking them unless you're dieting and working out ( which is the case with most work out things). If you buy these and expect to lose weight eating normally and not exercising, then you're the problem, not the product. I take two before working out and I'm sweating like crazy. Good stuff.

I Lost 4lbs in the first 7 days !!

At 5'5" 195lbs last year I first lost 35lbs then my weight loss stalled for months then I learned of CLA and Raspberry Ketones from Dr Oz, bought them and it kickstarted my weight loss metabolism and lost more weight. Since last November with holidays, I went up 6lbs and freaked. So NOW I'm back on these Thermo CLA and RK to kickstart again. Goal is to lose 15 lbs to reach 145 lbs. I don't workout. I'm on a slow carb diet. Take 200mg RK in the a.m. with 1 ThermoCLA and then 1 every 3hrs for 4 daily. I only have a fruit after 6pm. I have something to eat every 2hrs for a total 1000 calories daily. When I reach goal I'll increase calories slowly.
