I love this pizza pan. Not only does it make the perfect crisp pizza crust, it is also great for making larger homemade tortillas. I use it at least once a week. Also, it's important to know that most cast iron says it is pre-seasoned, but it is usually not good so you still need to season it before using. I have several pieces of cast iron cookware but this is the one I use the most.

Compliments any serious cook's kitchen

Remember: This is CAST IRON. If you take of it, it'll take care of you. It's an invaluable cooking tool. It can handle almost any temp you can throw at it Great for searing. It has a smooth surface, so you won't get any grid lines, but so what? Frankly, there's nothing you can't cook on it. It's a perfect size for a 18 to 22 inch round grill or Kamado grill, although you can use it on any rectangular grill as well. Also great for stove-top cooking. Even though it says "seasoned" on the box, you still have to put a layer of cooking oil on it, then but in the over @ 350 degrees for 1 hour to ensure that it's preserved correctly. After that's done, have at it!
