Fantastic idea! Two big benefits to the replaceable blade knife is: 1. you don't have to sharpen it, when it gets full of a new blade on. 2. you can travel on a plane with it (blade-less) and when you get to the other side pick up a razor blade and you've got a handy pocket knife on the other side. In the past they were fairly bulky but now they're getting more and more comfortable to carry, like a regular pocket knife. This knife was just a tad thicker than I hoped for, but I suppose that's a caveat for the replaceable blade. There is a nice action on the flipper, you'll enjoy fidgeting with this one on top of it's practical nature. I read a few reviews that some have the little blade retention screw back out on its own, so keep an eye on that. A few others didn't like the fact you need to carry a tool with you to change the blade. Not a deal breaker for me, I feel like on a regular pocket knife I'd need to carry a knife sharpener to provide a similar service, a little wrench isn't that big of a deal. And i didn't expect to have to change the blade all that often.
