Ok so this is THE brush especially if you're more tender headed..it's so gentle and I no longer feel like I'm getting an arm work out trying to brush my hip length hair..it doesn't pull very much, I've noticed less hair broken off in the brush, AND it's makes for a great wet brush. More often than not I'm in a hurry and brush my hair while it's still wet and this makes it so easy. I've been having an issue with previous brushes where the rubber insert with the bristles comes out after only a few months of use but this is all one piece so it's not gunna do that. I LOVE this brush

The brush is flexible, so it flexes rather than pulling hard as you are brushing your hair. Both my daughter and I have curly hair and this has worked really well for us.
