Excellent flavor, made pizza used this on top layer . The aroma %26 taste was amazing. Very good addition from the normal Italian cheese blend . I made a grilled cheese out of this which was a little difficult since it is shredded, but it's got some larger pieces., oh my was it good!! if you want something different that has a nice distinguishing flavor when it comes to your Italian dishes, this is your cheese. Even looking through the bag in my picture of the pizza makes my mouth water, browned some red peppers, diced some ham, added this cheese on top..fantastic pizza.
