We use this cheese when we make our baked Italian chicken every week. We take bare chicken and top it with basil pesto, sliced tomato, sliced mozzarella, then a dash of Italian herbs and bake it. I've got to say, it is an amazing quality fresh mozzarella for a low, low price. I compare it to many other fresh mozzarella I have purchased and it is great quality for a much lower price. I highly recommend!
