Assembly takes a bit

I'm ok with the finished product but it was not easy to assemble. The instructions are just pictures, no words. The pictures don't clearly say what what things should be up down front back etc. Plus there are millions of teeny tiny screws. They screw into plastic so it sometimes results in an inability to tighten. You can easily over tighten and end up feeling like its stripped. An allen wrench is required, not included.
