i like that the case is hard and conforms to the shape of the inhaler.i also like that it has three ways to carry or wear.it has a belt loop,a carabiner clip and a cord so you can wear around your neck. It also protects from accidentally triggering a sprayed shot of albuterol from getting discharged if carrying in your pocket and being jostled around.
