I am 5'6, 230 lbs. Round in the middle with an apron belly due to botched surgery. I wear 16 regular pants and the mid rise is perfect. Time and Try is on par with Lee or Levis for quality... But for me a much better fit. Not roll over. No muffin top. Wish they offered mid-rise, boot in the dark wash. Very easy to style for dressy occasions. I do not have hips or butt, my belly makes up for it. I am pretty much same shape from any angle....no hour glass, booty, or boobs here.

I am short and wanted not only a petite/short inseam, but mid-rise waist during a current "high waist" trend. These jeans fit the bill and are comfy to boot; I got a size 8/Short. I wear them for work and wear them a minimum of 5 hours per shift, so the bit of stretch gives that extra movability that allows me to work without discomfort.
