Perfect for beginners...

I have never followed a regimented exercise program before. Now I'm middle aged (46) and managed to pile on 125 extra pounds...it was time to take action. I've been using the 2 DVD's in this set for the past 6 months and have lost 70 of those 125 lbs. I've just purchased Leslies 4 mile video...I find her video's to be fast paced but fun, yes its very difficult at first, the first 2 weeks I wasn't able to do 1 mile, but I kept at it, and now I breeze through the 3 mile workout. My blood pressure is down to normal, from an average 150/92 even on medications. My only regret is that I didn't purchase this DVD set a few years earlier...but better late than never.

A Fun, Easy Workout

I love this workout. It's easy too....only 4 basic steps. I've seen results already in just 2 weeks. Although maintaining a healthy diet is important too. It's upbeat and Leslie gives lots of encouragement along the way. I use 2lb weights with the workout and I think it has sped up my results. I've recommended this to everyone I know who is trying to lose weight.

Good Workout

I really like all of Leslie's workouts, including this one. I have many of her videos and switch off, depending on my mood or whatever I have energy for that day. She does not do any "boosted walking" (i.e. jogging) in this one, so it is good for days that you feel like getting a good, low impact workout. But it is also brisk enough to really keep up my heart rate, as well as make me sweat.
