Not for beginners

This DVD is a part of a whole set of Pilates DVD's. The whole set is good, however, after viewing this one and the others, I believe they are not for a beginner. This is classical pilates, which emphasizes control and correct movement. It is a very good reference.

This video is good for people who have a least done one session of pilates with either a private instructor or in a group class. It gives you a nice review of some of the most basic pilates exercises and it keeps it's promise of being authentic.
