60+ min. of abs

Great work-out for the core. Get's those bells and whistles muscles. My favorite work-out now because of the excellence of the core focus. Thinking of getting more instructional videos by Gilad in the future.

Good 2007 video, just not worth spending over $7 (incl shipping) because the workout is narrow in scope and there is plenty of room on the dvd to add more content. Gilad is a great trainer, he has many dvds on the market but his marketing folks are too stingy and do not bother to add value to his older dvd's. Shop for his videos on ebay at much lower prices instead.
