The colors are fantastic! There is a bit of a distressed look that is more apparent in person than in the photo but it's really pretty. The description says "soft" but I don't know if I'd use that term. However, it is an outdoor rug so you're probably not purchasing it for it's softness. I certainly would recommend this.
