This mouth rinse has helped with my sensitivity. I use a half cap full after brushing with sesodyne tooth paste. Rinse out then I Swish for 30 seconds, don't rinse with water. Waiting 30 minutes before drinking or eating. Throughout the day I have noticed the difference. My sensitivity is gone. I love this product.
