Good book

This book is very good at explaning how to lose belly fat without starving or exercising till your drop! Eating the right foods which include almonds and walnuts and yes avocado which contains the right kind of fat will also help.

VERY informative. I love how specific brands are listed. Recipes look good, however there are ingredients in every one that I would have to buy specifically for that meal. They could be common in other households though.
