I bought these for my elderly mother who, at the moment, is confined to her bed. We both really like them. For me, they're easy to change and I don't have to fiddle with multiple tabs. They hold a lot of urine, but it doesn't sit against her skin and cause irritation - though to be honest, I always make sure she has a zinc ointment block as well. For her, they're comfortable, even as she changes position in the bed. She feels that the fit is secure and now that she's starting physical therapy, they won't fall off as she's trying to stand and work with the therapist. These aren't the cheapest briefs, but having had to use drugstore brands, they are far superior and worth the price. I also like the stripe that shows that there's wetness without having to take everything down. If you're not a pro at changing adult briefs on your loved one, just a word of advice. Roll the end that you're placing under your loved one's bottom. My mom rolls onto her left side, I roll the securement up, push it gently under her hip, position the rest and then have her roll onto her right side. I'm then able to unroll it and position it and there's much less friction on her skin.
