Revlon PhotoReady Primer Collection - Brightening Primer

Okay this stuff is so great!! First I want to say I have combination skin. Dry areas and oily areas. This primer has a texture of a lotion being applied to your face. But it does not hydrate like a lotion. Sp I did have my dry areas show through, but appling toner beforehand solved that issue. The oily spots were no longer shiny as well. It gives your skin a smooth soft touch. And even helps hide blemishes like pimples and sun damage. But the best thing it does for me is, when taking photos my face always has like a red tint to it. You do not have to wear makeup with this either. This product evens out my skin tone and completely hides any red tint in my photos! I will most definitely buy this product again, I am so happy with it!

In review of the Revlon photo ready primer this primer comes in a good sized container that, in my opinion, will last a good while. I like the pump of this application. It is a very white creamy texture that leaves a smooth finish on the skin. I have used Elf mineral primer in the past which is more of a gel type consistency and this is more of a creamer consistency. I think it does well on keeping your makeup on. I do not know however what the “photo ready” quality of this primer is. To me it is a good basic primer that helps with your makeup lasting. I have oily skin and needs a good primer that will help my makeup last. It blends into the skin easily. Probably need a few pumps to apply to entire face. I wish it had a little bit more information if it was good for mineral or regular foundations. All around a good basic to have in your makeup bag.
