Returned but no Refund

I ordered too many. When I returned $399 dollars worth the return was messed up right from the begininng. I spent MANY hours on multiple phone calls. I call Walmart and the Maple Hills Market. Walmart finally said I had to contact the Maple Hill Market myself. I never got to a real person at the company. I never got my $399 for the ketchup I returned. I will never order or return an item to Walmart that comes through Maple Hill Market. I have accepted the fact that I will NEVER get my $399 for the ketchup Walmart took as a return.
