I purchased this product to help me protect the handcrafted wooden children's toys that I make, especially the handcrafted items that may be placed in a child's mouth, rattle. I also wanted to use this item to coat a charcuterie board that I am making in case someone needed to cut something on the board. Melting these wax beads with a teaspoon of mineral oil makes for the perfect "food-grade" protective coating. The size of the pellets is perfect for ease and speed of melting.
