It is the height as is advertised however it is easy to knock over. there is a provided anti-slip group piece that you can attach to the bottom so I attach that. The light on it is a little bit bright but it does the job. The fan itself though is extremely loud and came in really terrible packaging that was so broken wanted arrived in the mail that I thought it was a broken fan.
