Take your time

I assembled this with my husband. We were able to complete this in 2 days without any additional help. Take your time and go step by step. Don't get ahead of the steps. The quality is excellent. The day after completion, we had high winds and there were no problems. We ordered stronger cement anchors. I wouldn't recommend the ones they provide. We researched before buying and this had the best snow load and wind resistance. One thing I didn't read when ordering, is the gazebo comes in 2 boxes that are not delivered together. I unnecessarily reached out to the company in a panic and received the second box a few days after the first box. We're looking forward to enjoying it during the summer.

Looks very nice once built. Thought not easy. Was delivered with missing hardware. Customer service was very nice but made me uneasy that email responses came into my junk folder and is in Asia so responses would come in 2 am my time. Finally got connected and missing parts were sent but again the most important missing parts was not sent. Had to go through email process again and missing parts finally arrived. Total process took almost a month. Interaction with customer service was very nice but was definitely frustrated. Can tell they did their beat to fix issue.
