This deep conditioner is very thick, has great slip and is packed with good ingredients to moisturize and condition curly and coily hair. It made my hair soft and defined and detangled my curls. And the lavender smell is nice but not overpowering

This deep conditioner slightly softened my hair just a little bit, but overall my hair felt dry like it still needed a deeper conditioning. After applying I let it sit for 30 minutes with heat. It didn't truly penetrate my strands and it had no slip. For reference, I have very fine, low porosity, 4a hair. I also didn't care for the smell. To me it smelled nothing like lavender or aloe. The scent and texture reminded me of some kind of shaving cream. I ended up returning it and needless to say, I won't be repurchasing it.
