Absolutely worth the try if you haven't! The tea bags really do put you to sleep. If you find it difficult to go to sleep then try using two tea bags at a time. The taste isn't bad, but if you are sensitive to flavor then you could always add some honey.

This was my was one of my favorite teas when I wasn't feeling my best and really needed some rest. I had trouble sleeping, but my body was so sleep deprived and this tea really helped me out. I would get this one again!
