I don't have anything to dislike about this leash. it gives my dog the ability to wander ahead of me and I can still have control by recalling the leash and locking it when I get closer to him. This works when I want to keep him on a shorter leash, like when a car or walkers are approaching. I can then easily unlock it to allow him freedom to go. I think he feel like he has more freedom and control than he actually does! I love that there's a holder for a roll of doggie waste bags and I bought the red leash so it's bright enough to see. This was a great purchase.
