Item was relatively simple to put together as there are minimal nuts and bolts involved. Took me about half an hour by myself to put it together but it would be much quicker with two people. Seems pretty sturdy and the seller was kind enough to offer additional hooks. For the amount I paid for this item I am very satisfied. It's not super heavy duty but I am also not using it to store building materials. Mostly landscaping supplies and tools (ability to adjust shelf height is great). As long as you are reasonable about it, this will serve you well.
