when you"contact seller",You don't get a response

by the end of the year I'm not going to have much of a ring left. Stone to falling out left and right. Tried to contact the seller multiple times no responses. it just says they'll get ahold of you within 48 hours it's been weeks. have had the ring only 2 months Granite it is beautiful, however my finger is looking like I won this from the gumball machine..
