Picture Looks Good/Doesn't Work Accurately, etc.
Awful!!! I needed sets for lounge area in my studio. First order came in: all hydraulics didn't work, slit in chair, black caps for hydraulics were all broken, crank handle dug into chair at the bottom, would not come apart after trying to put it together. Second order came in: hydraulics on table didn't work, table kept spinning around (not good for public place), chairs were missing screws and both plastic silver pieces at the bottom. Why do you need the plastic silver circles on the bottom anyway (they spin around and don't attach to anything)? Looks good in the picture. Good price. Trouble with assembly, getting things to work, getting things to stay still, and getting parts. Now, looking for something similar (because I like the look) someplace else.
