Good hard plastic hair clips. They're on the larger side so they're perfect for longer hair, check out the pic comparing its size to an older clip I had, from end to end they are 4 inches. Because of its size it also takes more force to open them, which is a great thing because something this big definitely needs to clamp down on more hair harder. Definitely recommend.
