cheaply made falls apart easily

the horizontal wood frames werent even long enough to strattle both bed rails. the supports that go under the rails split in half. it was poorly built. I unfortuanately threw the box and packing materials out so not sure how a return will work horrible experience wont buy from walmart.com again for anything
