Missing CD

Interesting that the book comes with a CD but the one we picked up at Site-to-STore didn't have the CD in it. It wasn't removed already, it was still sealed closed but never had the CD, so we took it back for a refund and are trying to order it again. Really hoping to get the entire thing this time!
