Late arrival and package leakage
The package arrived late. The bottle top wasn't secure with anything to prevent leakage. Can't read part of the instructions and product information. Haven't used the product due to the late arrival and product leaking. When sending liquid hair products, securely wrap and/or tape the bottle top to possibly prevent leakage. Looks like I didn't get my monies worth. It does smell nice.
