AC Pacific Estella Gray Leather Infused Fabric Transitional Reclining Loveseat with Storage Console

This loveseat arrived yesterday. The assembly is straightforward and normally quite easy, there was a slight problem with one of the support brackets that the back center piece slides onto. It was bent and had to be straightened out using tools. Once corrected we were able to slide it the into position. Without tools this would not have worked. The color is a bit different than pictured. It is more of a taupe color than a true grey. Other reviews mentioned it feels hard, we actually like that it offers a nice amount of support and consider it firm yet comfortable. There is also an outlet and usb port inside the center console that was not mentioned but definitely a plus. Aside from the back bracket issue, we are very pleased with the overall look and feel of this loveseat and hope to enjoy it for many years.

When placing the bilateral upper side pieces of the couch, there is a noticable gap at the bottom that can't be fixed. It's closed in on the profile picture, but not in person.
