It's too large and all hard plastic. Needs to be made with a hard rubber or at least be smaller and have rounded edges to contour to the body more comfortably. The functioning is otherwise a great design. I'm really disappointed this doesn't work for me because I need massages and cannot afford to go pay someone to do massages.
