Prince - Purple Rain - Music & Performance - CD

There are other Prince albums with deeper "From the Vault" collections included, but for this price, and for the quality of the music throughout, I am extremely impressed with this edition of Purple Rain. One thing I've not seen talked about as much as it should be is the booklet. The included interview with the remaining members of The Revolution is genuinely insightful and gives the personalities of the band, especially Wendy and Lisa. In the age of streaming music, I thought this alone made the disc worth having.
