Achim Tivoli Maple X Parquet 12x12 Self Adhesive Vinyl Floor Tile - 45 Tiles/45 sq. ft.

Took 2 tiles out of the box. The corner was already broken off one tile and the other broke when I handled it. The tiles appeared to be very brittle overall. I attribute this most likely to the thickness (1.2 mm compared to Armstrong's 2 mm), which I hadn't noticed prior to purchase but later discovered when deciding what to replace it with. Also, apparently, "High Gloss Finish" means "poorly covered in saran wrap" because that's exactly how it appeared. Not a glass or painted on finish, but a very thin layer of plastic added after the fact which had bubbles and creases which made it look as though you were supposed to peel it off like the scrath protecting films you'll see on TVs when you buy them. My husband checked the adhesive and was not pleased with it. He decided these would not stick well or long. We were sore displeased with the quality and appearance overall and decided to return it the day after we recieved it. We have not replaced it yet but have decided based on the limited brand choices on Walmart.com to purchase Armstrong tiles from Lowes. Twice the price but you DO get what you pay for.
