Universal Studios - The Case for Christ [BLU-RAY]

Good movie. Great story! Based on true events, this is the best faith based movie I've ever seen. It just points out what so many non believers or half way believers try to ignore or discredit about the ressurection of Jesus Christ.

This movie did a good job with story lines and subplots that gives something for even non-believers. It definitely doesn't come across as an echo chamber. This movie is important, because it will bring more awareness to many key figures in the Christian Apologetics (apologetics doesn't mean apologize, btw) movement (Gary Habermas, William Lane Craig, etc). I was glad they didn't really water down Lee Strobel's story. It was pretty much exactly how he has told it many times before. But now many who don't know who he is and his story will become more familiar. As far as the evidential part of the movie, it centered on the Resurrection and the talking point all the skeptics continuously use ad nauseum when arguing against it. This is the area of the movie that goes through these points in order to challenge the viewer to investigate them for themselves, and do so as much as they want and as deeply as they want. Highly recommended! Now I can't wait to see Steve Deace's Nefarious Plot movie when it comes out on 2019!
