Works good for me overall.

Overall I like the material better than previous AstroTurf types. I was able to use the springs, so far they have stayed in place after some break in. They are settling in good, staying snug and wearing great. It really helped our large dog get in without slipping, much better traction wet or dry. There is some cushion to them, but the thickness does make my steps bind up, it takes a strong pull to deploy the steps now. Might just be my particular steps though.
