Very nice AMD laptop for it's price.

I am not sure what Scoty is talking about. This is a well rounded Full AMD laptop. Does what it needs to do, and delivrrs for its price of under $600.00. I recomend it for general use and or mid range gaming. Has enough GPU to plug into a tv or high end monitor to get some upper mid range visuals. Like every laptop, comes with garbage apps. Recommended to do a clean up, and remove apps you do not need.

3 yrs of disappointment with this laptop

I've had this laptop for over 3 yrs now. I should have gone to the Dell blogs before purchasing. I was hooked by the Dell name and touchscreen instead - big mistake. It freezes a lot, esp the touchpad, have to go to settings and turn the touchpad off and on again rather than wait for it to unfreeze. Sometimes it would restart for no reason. Now 3 yrs later, got a message that I needed a new power cord. Got a generic one and it says it doesn't recognize the power source/adapter and won't charge the battery, which ran down to 0% so had to leave plugged in and eventually got blue screen of death a few times, so I bought a Dell power cord pack. Still won't charge battery (okay, maybe it's time for a new one) and same message about not recognizing power source/adapter. I bought a new battery and it still won't charge. And, oh by the way, what a pain in the --- to change batteries; not the pop in/out type. Haven't called Dell yet but very disappointed in my 3-year experience with this laptop.
