Pieces Missing!

Parts were missing...they had a note in the box saying they would send it out in a week, but we never received it. Pretty disappointing since this was a Christmas gift and I didn't know until they opened it that pieces weren't put in there that was supposed to come with it. Other than that it was a decent product.
