the creamer was delivered today by usp ground and when I opened the package it came in, the creamer lid was cracked and the creamer was opened and the creamer was shattered all through the inside package it came in. I want my refund back!!! 😠 😡

First time user. Product was disappointing in taste level, no creaminess, and value to package size. For the price charged, I expected better quality. Would not recommend this item to any coffee drinkers who like their coffee light and creamy.
