Delicious protein shake! So convenient!

This protein shake is so good! They are so convenient to grab from my fridge on days that I'm in a hurry. I love that it has 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar! Unlike other protein shakes I've tried, this one actually fills me up. It's a great way to add the proteins for the day and I plan on staying stocked up on them! Ordering them through Walmart makes it so easy because they get delivered straight to my doorsteps. If your looking for a protein shake I highly recommend this one!

One of the best drinks I've ever had

I'm not a big meat eater and my protein levels are low sometimes. I do read the labels of protein drinks and I need some with good protein and iron. This one fits the bill and it taste good. My son tried it and he said I was full for a long time so it actually is a good meal substitute.

I'm not usually a fan of drinking food shakes. However, at 74 years old my doctor told me I'm not eating enough protein. I tried increasing my protein intake with food, but wasn't eating enough. So, I decided to try protein shakes. I like Atkins products and saw an ad for the ‘Strong high protein shakes'. I tried the milk chocolate flavor. I found I really like them. They taste like chocolate milk and are an easy way to increase my protein intake. They are a little pricey, but then so is everything.
