Keeping the gray away

I was so pleasantly surprised with this supplement. I normally color my roots every 2 weeks and use a hair coloring spray in between. Since I've been taking these, I haven't had to color my hair in a month and a half so far. I also haven't had to use the spray. I noticed that I have had some breakouts since I've been taking them. They have vitamin B which does tend to make me break out. I just adjusted my skincare routine so it was an easy fix.
