OdoBan Professional Ready-to-Use Biostain & Odor Remover, 4 Gallons

If you own a cat, a dog, live with a smoker or just want to eliminate unwanted odors, you NEED to get this stuff. It works on any odor that's from an organic source (thus the "bio" in the name). Regular Odoban doesn't even compare. For example, cat urine? Male cat urine (with that strong skunk hit to it)? Completely neutralizes it!!! It's the ONLY stuff I've ever had that actually removes the smell of a spraying Tom Cat! The key is to let it sit and work. Then come back and hit it with the Odoban Bio a second time if the smell isn't gone (it usually is after a single application). Usually, I only have to use it a second time if I'm adding it to the wash to clean something the brat peed on (like a rug). I actually add it with every wash. Just fill up the bleach thing, or just dump some in. It'll help with everything from smoke to sweat to mold. It's become a staple in my house. I usually buy it on Amazon, but recently found it on Walmart. $12-15 a gallon is typical, so shop around of you don't find it for that price. Amazon has a habit of suddenly not carrying it ever 6-8 months (except for the scam-sellers that want to gouge you at $40 a gallon). But, Walmart seems to always sell it, but only as a 2 gallon bundle, at a good price.
