You can't go wrong with Leupold. I'm a firm believer that when it comes to optics, you get what you pay for. This is probably entry level Leupold, but it is every bit the quality, craftsmanship and precision you'd expect from Leupold. Made in USA. The scope sits on a Ruger .22-250. I selected the 4-12 magnification to match the caliber's ability to reach out. I always choose the highest objective I can for a clearer sight window. I own several Leupold scopes and plan to purchase more when needed.

After years of buying 'get

After years of buying 'get me by' optics, I ordered a VX Freedom 4-12x50. Holy crap wadda difference!!! The amount of extra time it gives at the beginning of the day and at the end is mind boggling.

Excellent scope and a fantastic buy for the money! Good magnification and with the 50MM objective it does well on gathering light for that early morning or later evening shooting opportunity.
