High Quality product. Delivery was a nightmare. Took over a week and made five stops from the East Coast to Seattle. Sat in Portland for two nights. Was informed of time and date for delivery on two separate occasions. No one showed even though I was informed it was delivered. I wasted two days waiting for a promised time and date delivery. Lastly, I was charged for delivery even though I am a Sam's Club PLUS Member. Finally told delivery on Monday...they came on Sunday unannounced when I was not at home and would not deliver as I was not there for required signature. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!!!
