Was informed of time and date for delivery on two separate occasions. No one showed even though I was informed it was delivered. I wasted two days waiting for a promised time and date delivery. Lastly, I was charged for delivery even though I am a Sam's Club PLUS Member. Finally told delivery on Monday...they came on Sunday unannounced when I was not at home and would not deliver as I was not there for required signature. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!!!
