This knee brace far exceeds those all fabric stretchy ones that just curl up when worn. This brace is heavy duty and provides superior support with four different ways to tighten to achieve the perfect fit. The metal inserts are sturdy and easy to adjust. The instructions on the package are not very detailed, however if you visit the website it should answer any adjustment questions you have. The brace makes movement much more stable and cannot be seen under clothing. Very pleased with this purchase.

If it was, True To Size It Would Work... Normally. My Pants Size Is 2X-3X. Your 4XL. Was Like A Rubber Band, Painfully Cutting Off My Circulation In The Calf %26 Thigh Of My Leg They don't even say The Size Or Style On the Labels... And, I Expected them to be Longer In Length ... Above The Knees... These Have Contoured Curves in the back of The Knee Areas... These Sent Seam To Be Different Irregular or Something Generic, in a OTC Brand Box... If It's Correct, I Would Need A 6XL In Your Brand.
